Our Approach

Equip Mentors

We provide our mentors with researched training and tools, while giving them freedom to lead by experience.

Identify the Need

Our school partners carefully identify youth in need who will be most receptive to leadership development.

Stick Around

We don’t wait until high school to start mentoring and we don’t stop at graduation.

As a mentor, you can select at which grade level you’d like to connect with your assigned student:

Building Blocks
(Grades K-4)

With an emphasis on character development, students connect what they love in the classroom with potential careers.

Tools for Life
(Grades 5-8)

A curriculum helps students appreciate their strengths while offering support in course selection and setting career goals.

Build Your Future
(Grades 9-12)

Hands-on experiences introduce students to the workplace while links between goals and educational choices are emphasized.

Special Programs

Opportunities are available for students & mentors engaged in STEM as well as unique, coordinated mentoring for single moms & their kids.
